"My husband and I met Amy Jo a year ago when we 1st started looking for a new home.  We weren't quite ready to put ours on the market,  but wanted to get ideas of what was out there for us to purchase.  Whenever we wanted to see a property,  Amy would always make time for us and show us properties as long as we wanted to look and answer any questions we had. She was knowledgeable about the properties we visited and she also got to know our like and dislikes. Once our house was on the market she did everything possible to sell it, with at last 2 showings a week. Our home finally went under contract, but we still hadn't found our forever home.  Amy made sure to explain that we had only so long to get under contract in Oklahoma because things take a little longer to process with the abstract company,  so we began looking at homes for a week. Once we found the home we wanted,  we made the offer.  Amy made the transition smooth and as easy as possible. Even though there were a few bumps along the way from the previous homeowners,  Amy was able to get the kinks worked out and we were able to close on time.  Any future purchases we make will definetly be handled by Amy and I will recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor."
